GPCI has the only highly trained certificated by military police K9 units available as an essential part of the security team. These specialized dogs detect explosives, narcotics, and other contraband, providing an additional layer of security and peace of mind. This on-demand service requires 72 hours prior notice.

Supporting ships with the navigation of vessels, pilots act as advisors to the master of the vessel and experts on local waters and navigation. Mandatory service.
National Police, Inmigrations and Military Police are 24/7 available to support the operations if needed. They have on our terminal their own offices.
OPRC – Established measures are in place for dealing with pollution incidents, protecting the terminal facility and cooperating with national and international regulations.
Port agency services are available, including cruise line representation and administrative formalities, coordination of marine & port services (mooring, pilots, towage, Marpol, provisioning), crew services (visa, transfers & hotel arrangements), and medical service.
