Jardín de Cactus is a unique cultural and botanical attraction located in the village of Guatiza, in the municipality of Teguise. Designed by renowned Canarian artist César Manrique, the garden is a striking example of how architecture and nature can be seamlessly integrated, reflecting his vision of harmony between the built environment and the volcanic landscape of Lanzarote.
Set within an agricultural area traditionally dedicated to prickly pear cultivation, the garden showcases an extensive collection of cacti from around the world. The carefully designed terraces, paths, and viewpoints create a visually powerful space that celebrates both the island's farming heritage and its strong artistic identity.
